A decade of research. The most effective ways to stop snoring.

No more snoring guilt
Great sleep, every night
Wake up feeling rested
Professor Vik Veer, an ENT surgeon, found that most snoring comes down to one problem: sleeping position. Everything in our range is built to fix that problem.

The bedroom is a better place when you both have a great night's sleep

When you sleep on your side, the snoring stops. No more elbows at 3am from your partner. No more mornings filled with tired guilt.

Wake up feeling rested, like you actually got a great night's sleep

Our products are designed to keep you comfortably sleeping on your side all night. No aching, no pain, no waking up exhausted. And no snoring.

Positional therapy is a clinically backed therapy for snoring and sleep apnoea.

Evidence from 6,044 patients was used to design sleep products that stop snoring without surgery or complicated gadgets.

The Impact of Snoring & Sleep Apnoea

You can't fix something you're not awake to control... until now

It happens the moment you drift off. Your body rolls onto your back, your airway narrows, and snoring starts. You're completely unaware. Your partner is wide awake, dreading another night of broken sleep.

The tiredness follows you everywhere

You lose your thread in meetings. Brain fog hampers your memory and concentration. You get home with nothing left for the people who matter. By 9pm, you're snoozing on the sofa, and tomorrow it starts again.

Snoring puts strain on your relationship

The spare room starts as a temporary fix but slowly becomes the norm. Resentment builds quietly on both sides. Intimacy suffers. 1 in 6 UK couples now sleep apart (National Bed Federation/YouGov, 2020). Snoring is the number one reason, with 71% of UK couples saying so (Samsung UK Study, 2023).

Side sleeping can be uncomfortable without support

Shoulder pain. Numb arms. Aching hips. Most people already know that side sleeping reduces snoring. The reason they're still on their back is that staying there through the night is genuinely uncomfortable.

Left untreated, snoring and sleep apnoea become a health problem

Untreated sleep apnoea significantly increases the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, and stroke. It also makes you gain weight and can worsen depression. Most people don't realise how much damage is happening while they sleep.

About Professor Vik Veer

I've spent over a decade studying why people snore

I'm Professor Vik Veer, Head of Sleep Surgery at the Royal National ENT Hospital

After researching 6,044 patients with snoring and sleep apnoea, I found that 60.3% of them would not have needed any treatment at all if they could just sleep comfortably on their side.

That should have been simple. But it wasn't. So I designed my first product, a pillow system that prevents snoring.

The clinical insight
After years of consultations, I realised no anti-snoring products solved the real reason people roll onto their backs at night.
The solutions
Specially designed anti-snoring products built on clinical evidence, not guesswork, to make side sleeping comfortable all night.

"The short version: It works, and if you think there is a chance your sleep apnoea problems are being caused by sleeping on your back and you need something to help you sleep on your side, this is the device that will help you by reducing your sleep disturbances, and you’ll feel significantly better for it.”

    Questions & Answers

Most don't, because they only support your neck. The Side Sleeping Pro works differently. It keeps your entire body in the recovery position, which clinical evidence shows significantly reduces snoring and sleep apnoea in most people.

The recovery position angles your face slightly downward, allowing gravity to pull your tongue and palate forward rather than back into your throat. This keeps your airway open and is the most effective sleep position for reducing snoring and sleep apnoea.

Other pillows stop at your neck. The Side Sleeping Pro is a two-pillow system extending from your head to your knees, designed by the leading NHS ENT Consultant and Head of Sleep Surgery at the Royal National ENT Hospital, London, to address the physical reasons people find side sleeping uncomfortable and therefore roll onto their back.

Actually it is the recovery position that helps snoring and sleep apnoea. The Side Sleeping Pro just helps you sleep in that position comfortably as it deals the various aches and pains that are caused by sleeping in this position.

Research from 6,044 patients found that 60.3% no longer met the threshold for sleep apnoea when sleeping on their side. At least 85% with sleep apnoea were 20% better just from sleeping on their side. To be sure, I would recommend that you have a sleep study that picks up snoring and sleep apnoea severity in each position and ask your sleep centre how much changing your sleeping position would improve your sleep.

It is not a replacement for medical advice.

Most people need two to three weeks to adjust. Changing something as important as sleep takes time and dedication.

Professor Vik Veer provides a step-by-step guide with every order to help you progress gradually from basic side sleeping to the full recovery position.
